Your question was => Find the amount and compound interest on ₹12800 for 1 year.... If one yearly period = 1 ..So half yearly period will be 2 [1/2 x 2 = 1]
in this ans half yearly period =2
1/2 year + 1/2 year = 1 complete year So, no of half year 2 Taht equals 1 year
