P(1+RT/100)=A.

3200(1+75×2.5 whole divided by 1000)

the hundred becomes thousand because we have did 75 /10 earlier so the 0 gets added to 100 and thus it becomes 1000.

now we will convert the Rate of interest into decimal forms:

75/1000=0.075

now we will put the formula :

P(1+RT) the actual formula is this which I have written here. not that in question its given just for sure to convert the RT into decimal form.

3200(1+0.075×2.5)

=>3200× 1+0.1875

=>3200×1.1875

=>3800/-

so the amount is 3800/-.
