so here both angles forms a central angle

so thus as arcs opposite to central angle are of equal measure as that of central angle,,

m(arc bc)=100 and m(arc ac)=120

so use arc addition property ie sum of all arc in a circle is 360

you get m(arc ab)=140

now here angle substended by arc ab is angle acb ie angle acb intercepts arc ab in circumference of adjoining circle

so thus by inscribed angle theorem

we get angle acb=1/2×m(arc ab)

so angle acb=1/2×140

ie angle acb=70 degree
