It would be 45°. The angle between any two consecutive numbers in a clock is 30°. The degree between 6 and 7 therefore wil be 30° and when it is 7 :30 the hour hand is in between 7 and 8 i.e in middle.. which means it bisects the 30°⇒15° in the middle... ∴at 7:30 the angle would be 30°+ 15° = 45°. hope it helps.. :)
