SO,
$4(90 - x) = 2(90 - x) - 10 \\ 360 - 4x = 180 - 2x - 10 \\ 360 - 180 + 10 = - 2x + 4x \\ 190 = 2x \\ x = 190 \div 2 \\ x = 95$
