Answer: In order to find the required angle, we will use the property of complementary angle which states that two angles are complementary if and only if their sum is equal to 90 degrees. Hence, the required angle is 300.

Two angles are complementary if their sum is equal to 90 degrees.

Let x be the angle, then its complementary angle is 90-x . We are told that the angle is half of itz complement, so

x = 1/2 (90-x) multiple by 2

2x=90-x move x to left side

3x=90 divide by 3

x=30

The angle is 30 degrees.
