Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

In any quadrilateral sum of 4 angles must be 360.

∴  ( a + b + c + d ) = 360

( 2x - 1 ) + ( y + 5 ) + ( 2y + 15 ) + ( 4x - 7 ) = 360

2x - 1  +  y + 5 + 2y + 15  +  4x - 7  = 360

6x + 3y +12 = 360

6x + 3y  = 360 - 12 = 348

3 ( 2x + y  ) =  348

2x + y  =  348 / 3 = 116

It needs some more information to get the answer.
