Given :-

  • Electron energy level = (n) = 4

To Find :-

  • The angular momentum of an electron in 4th energy level.

Solution :-

As we know that,

↪The angular momentum of an electron in nth energy level = nh/2π

↪The angular momentum of an electron in 4th energy level = 4h/2π [(°.° n = 4 )]

↪The angular momentum of an electron in 4th energy level = 2h/π

Hence,

  • The angular momentum of an electron in 4th energy level is 2h/π.
