Given in the question
We have θ = 5 revolutions
Angular velocity ω = 0,
Acceleration α = 2 revs/s²
Change in angluar velocty ω' = ?

Now we know the formula

\omega'^{2} = \omega^{2}   + 2\alpha\theta
ω'² = 0² + 2×2×5
ω'² = 2² × 5
ω' = 2√5 revs/s

Hope it Helps ☺️
