To prove that: AB=AD and BC=CD

Proof

In Δ BAC and ΔDAC, (as shown in attached figure)

∠BAC=∠DAC    .....given

∠BCA=∠DCA    .....given

AC=AC

∴ΔBAC ≅ΔDAC .....ASA theorem

∴ BA=DA

and BC=DC

Hence proved
