My logic
He can't see between 50cm and a point between 50cm and eye.But at that point he can see .So it's myopia

the answer is HYPERMETROPIA

This is because he can't see things placed at a distance less than 50cm.

So he can't see 25cm also

=> HYPERMETROPIA
