A = 96000(1+1/16)^2
= 96000(17/16)^2
= 108375.
Same amount of simple interest for the same period at same rate.
SI = 96000 * 6.25 * 2/100
= 12000
Amount = 96000 + 12000
= 108000.
SI = 108375 - 108000
= 375.
= 96000(17/16)^2
= 108375.

sir I didn't Understand in 2nd step its 6.25 And then in 3rd step it is 16 ? How does it Happened? From which no.u divided 6.25
I have just written 6.25/100 as 625/10000. = 1/16
625 * 16 = 10000
