ANSWER:-

1) x + 50° = 120° (Exterior angle property of a triangle)

=> x= 120° - 50°

=> x= 70°

Now,

y + 120° = 180° (Linear pair axiom)

=> y= 180° - 120°

=>y = 60°

2) y= 80° (Vertically opposite angles)

Now,

50° + 80° + x= 180° (Angle sum property of a triangle)

=> 130° + x= 180°

=> x = 180° - 130°

=>x = 50°

3) 60° + 50° = x (Exterior angle property of a ∆le)

=> 110° = x.

Now,

110° + y= 180° (Linear pair axiom)

=> y= 180° - 110°

=>y = 70°
