2 A + B = 3 C  

2{ A [2 x 3] } + B [ m x n ] = 3 { C[2 x 3 ] }

2{ A[2 x 3 ] } + B [ 2 x 3 ] = 3 { C[2 x 3 ] }

B matrix is [3 x 3] because the order of both the matrices should be equal  1st(A)[2 x 3] and 2nd(B)[2 x 3] = resultant matrix order as (C)[2 x 3].

now we know the order of the matrix now we can give the value of the elements accodingly like

let B[2 x 3]  = x,y,z,a,b,c

so, the sum will look like......
