length = 60
breadth = b
diagonal = 61

using Pythagoras Theorem,

b =  \sqrt{( {61}^{2}  -  {60}^{2} )}  \\  =  \sqrt{(60 + 61)(61 - 60)}  \\  =  \sqrt{121 \times 1}  \\  = 11
perimeter = 2 ( l + b )
= 2 ( 60 + 11 )
= 2 x 71
= 142

Dost dekho

We know BY PYRGAGORAS

Hypotenuse(square)=sum of squares of two sides.

Now in a rectangle ABCD and diagonal AC

In triangle ACD

AC^2=AD^2+DC^2

61^2=60^2+ breadth(AD^2)

AD^2=121

AD=11

So

Perimeter=2(l+b)

=2(60+11)

=242 cm

Now rock.

You got the answer.
