For the brackets and division part,we get

⇒20.387 ≈ 20.4
Now, resultant expression is 349 x 51 +21
For, the multiplication part, we get
⇒349 x 51
⇒17799
Now, resultant is 17799 +20.4
Finally, for the addition part, we get,
⇒17799 +20.4
⇒17,819.4 ≈ 17820
