Solution,

Using BODMAS rule, the order of solving the expression is:

Brackets, Division, Multiplication and Addition

For the brackets and division part,we get

632÷31

⇒20.387 ≈ 20.4

Now, resultant expression is 349 x 51 +21

For, the multiplication part, we get

⇒349 x 51

⇒17799

Now, resultant is 17799 +20.4

Finally, for the addition part, we get,

⇒17799 +20.4

⇒17,819.4 ≈ 17820

From given options, C is a nearer to 17820 . So option C is the correct answer.
