 \large\bf\underline{Given:-}

  • Diameter of circle = 10m

 \large\bf\underline {To \: find:-}

  • Area and perimeter of circle.

 \huge\bf\underline{Solution:-}

  • Diameter of circle = 10m

Radius = diameter/2

radius = 10/2

  • Radius = 5m

\large \boxed{\tt \: area \: of \: circle =  \pi {r}^{2}}

Area of circle = 22/7 × 5²

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ = 22/7 × 25

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ = 550/7

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ = 78.57m²

\large \boxed{\tt \: perimeter \: of \: circle = 2 \pi \: r}

Perimeter of circle = 2 × 22/7 × 5

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ = 10 × 22/7

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ = 220/7

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ = 31.42 m

Hence,

  • »★ Area of circle = 78.57m²
  • »★ Perimeter of circle = 31.42m

Given : –

diameter = 10m

Radius = diameter/2 = 10/2 = 5m

To Find :

Area = ?

perimeter = ?

Identity used : –

Area of circle = \sf\large πr^2

Perimeter of circle = 2πr

ACCORDING TO QUESTION : –

Area of circle = πr^2

\sf→ Area = \frac{22}{7}×5^2\\\sf→ Area = 3.14×25 \\\sf→ Area = 78.5m^2

Now,

Perimeter = 2πr

\sf→ perimeter = 2×\frac{22}{7}×5\\\sf→ perimeter = 2×3.14×5 \\\sf→ perimeter = 31.4 sq.m

Hence,

Area = 78.5 sq.m

perimeter = 31.42 sq.m
