diagonal of rectangle is

 \sqrt{l { }^{2} + b {}^{2}  }

 \sqrt{65 {}^{2}  + 16 { }^{2} }  = 65

2×65 = 130

so,

length = 2×63 = 126

breadth = 2 ×16 =32

perimeter is 2(length × breadth)

=> 2(126+32) = 316

Area is (length × breadth)

=> 126×32 = 4032
