Given that the diagonal = 14 m
By Pythagoras Theorem,
Side² + side² = Diagonal²
(since the angle of square are 90° each)
=>2 × side² = 14²
=> side² = 196/2
=> side² = 98
So area = side² = 98 m²
Area :- 98m²
Now perimeter = ??
side² = 98
=> side = √98
=> side = 9.89 cm (approx)
Perimeter of square = 4 × side
=> Perimeter = 9.89 × 4
=> Perimeter = 39.56 cm
