Area of △BCD=21×24×10=120m2

Use pythagoras theorem in ΔCBD

CD2+BC2=DB2

102+242=DB2

676=DB2

⟹DB=26m

Area of △ABD⇒ (By heron's) 

S=226+18+16=30

A=30(30−26)(30−18)(30−16)

=141.98≈142m2

∴ Total area =142+120=262m2
