Required area = 2 (1/2 x 3 x 15)
= 45 sq. cm

A sqaure has equal length around

So , 15 cm per side of the sqaure

We can conclude that from the both shaded areas , we find that the triangle's two sides measure 15 cm only .The bottom side of triangle meausures 3 cm ..

Perimeter of both shaded portion = 4 sides ( 15 + 3 + 15 + 3 )

= 33 cm × 2

= 36 cm is the perimeter

Area - length into breadth

- ( 15 cm into 3 cm )

45 sq cm

I am mulyiplying by 2 because there are 2 shaded portions
