first, area of square =a*a

=4*4

 = 16cm {}^{2}

area of rectangle = l*b

=10*3

 = 30cm {}^{2}

(because we have two rectangle of same dimensions) =30*2

 = 60cm {}^{2}

so, 30+60

 = 90cm^{2}

second, perimeter of square = 4a

=4*4

 = 16cm

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

=2*(10+3)

=2*13

 = 26cm

( we have two rectangle) 26+26

=52cm

so, 52+16= 68cm
