we know that opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal.

So perimeter= 14 +14 +14 +14 = 56 cm

Now area of Parallelogram = base * height

                                         = 14 * 8

                                         $112 cm^{2}$

So , Perimeter of parallelogram = 56 cm
