So, Perimeter of any shape is sum of all sides .

In the parallelogram the sides are 14 and 14

we know that opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal.

So perimeter= 14 +14 +14 +14 = 56 cm

Now area of Parallelogram = base * height

                                         = 14 * 8

                                         112   cm^{2}

So , Perimeter of parallelogram = 56 cm

     Area of Parallelogram = 112 cm sq
