= Area of square + 4 × Area of Equilateral triangle

${8}^{2} + 4 \times \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4} \times {8}^{2}$

${8}^{2} (1 + \sqrt{3} )$

$64(1 + \sqrt{3} ) {cm}^{2}$

Perimeter = 12 × 8 cm = 96 cm
