2(8+3)
2×11
=22cm
Therofe same for lowermost rectangle
=22cm
middle rectangle
2(3+6)
2×9
=18cm
the vertical rectangle
2(14+4)
2×18
=36cm
perimeter of the figure
= (22+22+18+36)cm
98cm
