therefore = \frac{\pi × {R}^{2} × \theta}{360°} - \frac{\pi × {r}^{2} × \theta}{360°}

= \frac{\pi ×\theta}{360°}( {R}^{2} - {r}^{2})

= \frac{22×90}{7×360}(76.5625 - 49)

=\frac{11}{14}(27.5625)

=\frac{303.1875}{14}

=21.65625 {m}^{2}
