If it's a rhombus or parallelogram or rectangle then area = base*height
=16.25*12.7=206.375m sq.

Given measurements are 16.25 m and 12.7 m. Only two measurements are given so it can't be any quadrilateral except rectangle because this is the only quadrilateral which can have two different measurements.

Length can not be smaller than the breadth, therefore 16.25 m is the length and 12.7 m is the breadth.

Area of any rectangle = Length × Breadth

 Area of this rectangle = 16.25 m × 12.7 m

                                        =  206.375 m^2

Hence, area of rectangle is 206.375 m^2
