#AlexaRousey here!!

Since area of rectangle = l*b

= 240m * 110m

= 26,400 m^2

Since 1 hectare = 10000 m^2

Area = 26,400/10000

= 2.64 hectares

Thanks!!

Solution -

Length = 240 m

Breadth = 110 m

As, length and breadth are given, we are sure that the field is rectangular in shape.

We know,

Area of Rectangle = (length × Breadth)

Area of field = (240 × 110) m²

= 26,400 m²

= 26,400/10,000 ha

= 2.64 ha

Note - "ha" represents Hectare.
