1m 25cm = 1 m + ( 25 / 100 ) m

= 1 m + 1/4 m

= ( 4 + 1 ) / 4 m

= 5 / 4 m

Hence,

Area of rectangular quadrilateral = length*breadth

Area = ( 5 / 4 ) ( 4 )

Area = ( 5 * 1 ) m^2

Area = 5 m^2

Length = 4 m

Breadth = 1 m 25 cm = 1+1/4 = 5/4 m

Area of rectangle = Length × Breadth = 4 × 5/4 = 5 m².
