Area of rectangle ⇒ \sf length \times breadth

Lenght ⇒ \sf 3.28 m

Breadth ⇒ \sf 70 mm

\sf 1m = 100cm\\1cm=10 mm

Lenght ⇒ \sf 3.28\times 100 = 328cm

Breadth ⇒ \sf 70\times 0.10 = 7cm

Area of rectangle ⇒ \sf 328\times7

Area of rectangle ⇒ \sf 2296 cm^{2}

∴ The answer is 2296cm².
