find the area of a circle whose circumference is 176cm

Here is ur answer.....

Given :  Circumference of Circle =176 cm

 Circumference of Circle = 2 πr
=> 2*22/7 *r =176
r =  176*7/44 = 28cm
Thus the radius of circle = 28cm

Area= πr^2
=22/7×28
=22×4
=88 cm^3

2\pi r \:  = 176cm \\ 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r = 176 \\ r =  \frac{176 \times 7}{2 \times 22}  \\ r = 28cm \\  \\ area = \pi {r}^{2}  \\  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 28 \\  = 22 \times 4 \\  = 88 {cm}^{2}
