2πr = 66

r = 66 × 7 /44

r = 21/2

                                 Then, 2*pi*r=66
                                           2*22/7*r=66
                                            so r= 66*7/22*2=21/2
                                                 r=10.5 cm

                                                            = 22/7*(10.5)^2
                                                            =22/7*11025/100
                                                            =346.5 cm^2
