radius \:  =  \:  \frac{28}{2}  \\  =  14

 \frac{22}{7} \times 14 \times 14 \\  = 22 \times 2 \times 14 \\  = 616 {cm}^{2}

(2)1.4m

Area of Circle = πr^2

= 22/7 × 0.7 × 0.7

= 22/0.1 × 0.7

= 15.4m^2 OR 154m^2
