Given:

A circular bathway outer radius is 32cm.

A circular bathway inner radius is 18cm.

To find:

The area of a circular bathway.

Explanation:

We know that, formula of the area of the circle is ;

=) πr²

Outer Area of the circular bathway:

 =  >  \frac{22}{7} \times 32  \times 32 \\  \\  =  >  \frac{22528}{7}  {cm}^{2}  \\  \\  =  > 3218.28 {cm}^{2}

Inner area of the circular bathway:

 =  >  \frac{22}{7}  \times 18 \times 18 \\  \\  =  >  \frac{7128}{7}  { cm}^{2}  \\  \\  =  > 1018.28 {cm}^{2}

Now,

The area of the circular bathway:

Area of outer bathway- Ar. of Inner Bathway

=) 3218.28cm² - 1018.28cm²

=) 2200cm²
