Area of circular region = Area of the annulus= 22/7 * 19^2 - 16^2
= 22/7 * 105
= 330 cm^2.

Area of circular ring = (Area of outer circle)-(Area of inner circle)

= π(19)^2 - π(16)^2
= 330 sq cm
