Here's your answer

diameter of inner circle = 4cm

Radius = 2cm

diameter of outer circle = 5cm

Radius = 2.5cm

Area of inner circle = 3.14 × 2 × 2 = 12.56cm^2

Area of outer circle = 3.14 × 2.5 × 2.5 = 19.625cm^2

Therefore, area of the circular ring = area of outer circle - area of inner circle = 7.065cm^2

Hope it helped
