Step-by-step explanation: use formula ,

area of equilatral triangle = root3/4 (side length )^2

side length is 24 cm

now ,

area of equilatral triangle =root3/4 (24)^2

=root3/4 x 24 x 24

= 144 root3 cm^2

we also know ,

area of triangle = 1/2 height x base

144root3 = 1/2 x height x 24

12 root3 = height

hence ,

height = 12root3 cm

= 12 x 1.73 cm

=20.76 cm
