GIVEN:

  • Height of a Parallelogram = 30.8 cm
  • Base of the parallelogram = 8.1 cm

TO FIND:

  • What is the area of the parallelogram ?

SOLUTION:

We know that the formula for finding the area of parallelogram is:-

\large\bf{\star \: Area = Base \times Height \: \star}

According to question:-

On putting the given values in the formula, we get

\rm{\dashrightarrow Area = 8.1 \times 30.8}

\bf{\dashrightarrow Area = 249.48 \: cm^2 }

Hence, the area of parallelogram is 249.48 cm²
