find the area of a plot which is in shape of a quadrilateral, one of whose diagonals is 20m and lengths of perpendicular from the opposite corners on it are of lengths 12m & 18m respectively.​

Area of quadrilateral = ¹/2 ×(one diagonal) × (Sum of the lengths of the perpendiculars drawn from it on the remaining two vertices)

= ¹/2 ×20×(12+18)

= 10 × 30 =300 m²
