Answer:

since two sides are equal it is an isocles triangle so, we can find area by heron formula

√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

where s is semi perimeter....

here AB = CD = 4cm

so it is rectangle

so BC = AD = 3cm

area of rectangle = l * B

= 4 * 3 = 12 cm

12cm is your answer mate
