Step-by-step explanation:

In Triangle  ABC

S=34+42+20/2

 =48

By using Heron's Formula

Area = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

=√48(48-42)(48-34)(48-20)

=√48*6*14*28

=√112896

Ar(ABC) =336 cm^2

In Triangle BDC

S=20+29+21/2

=35

By using Heron's Formula

Area = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

 =√35(35-21)(35-29)(35-20)

 = √35*14*6*15

 =√44100

So , Ar(BDC)=210 cm^2

So, Ar(ABCD)=Ar(ABC)+Ar(BDC)

                     =336+210

                    =546 cm^2

Thanks!!!
