Solution - Area of quadrilateral is 552 cm².

Area of quadrilateral = 1/2*length of diagonal*sum of the length of the perpendiculars.

Area = 1/2*48*(15+8)

Performing multiplication and addition

Area = 24*23

Area = 552 cm²

So, area of quadrilateral is 552 cm².
