Answer:

Given:

side = 5 cm

height= 4.8 cm

diagonal 1 = 8 cm

diagonal 2 = ?

Solution:

Area of rhombus = \frac{1}{2} × d_{1} × d_{2}

Area of parallelogram = base × height

=5 × 4.8

= 24 cm^{2}

Area of rhombus = \frac{1}{2} × d_{1} × d_{2}

⇒ 24 cm^{2} = \frac{1}{2} × 8 × d_{2}

\frac{24 * 2}{8} = d_{2}

\frac{48}{8} = d_{2}

d_{2} = 6 cm.

Length of the other diangonal is 6 cm.
