50cm/2 = 7m+4
25cm-4=7m
21cm=7m
m= 3cm
length = 4 (3)+1=13
breadth = 3 (3)+4=13
area of rectangle= l×b
= 13×13

according to given condition 2(4m+3+3m+1)=50.
2(7m+4)=50
14m+4=50
14m=50-4
m=46/14
just put it in eq= (4m+3)(3m+1)
you get the answer by putting value of m in eq
