Find the area of a rectangle whose (i) length = 46 cm and breadth = 25 cm ​

To find : area of rectangle .

Given : length of rectangle = $46 \ cm$

            breadth of rectangle = $25\ cm$  

Solution :

• We know that area of rectangle is given by multiplication of length and breadth .
• $Area\ of \ rectangle = length \times breadth$

                                     $= 46\ cm\times 25\ cm$

                                     $= 1150\ cm^{2}$  

Hence, area of rectangle is $1150\ cm^{2}$.
