  • Breadth of rectangle=4cm

To find:

  • Area of rectangle

Solution:

As we know that formula to find area of rectangle is

 \tt   :   \implies \:  \: Length×breadth

  \tt:  \implies \:  \:  12cm×4cm

  \tt:  \implies \:  \:  48cm {}^{2}

So perimeter of rectangle=48cm²

More formulae to know!

  • Perimeter of rectangle=2(L+B)
  • Area of square=Side²
  • Perimeter of square=4×Side
  • Area of triangle=½×Base×Height
  • Perimeter of triangle=Sum of all sides
