\rm \huge \purple{ Solution :}

\rm  Let  \: the  \: breadth  \: be \:  \purple{ B\:  m }\\ \rm and \:  the  \: length \:  be \: \purple{L \:  m.}

\rm Given \: , \: B = \frac{1}{4} (L)\\ </p><p>\rm B=L/4 \\ </p><p>\rm B=116/4 \\ </p><p>\rm B= \purple{29}

\rm Therefore,  \\ \rm Area \:  of \:  rectangle=L*B \\ </p><p>\rm =L*B \\ </p><p>\rm =116*29 \\ </p><p> \rm = \purple{3364m^2.}

 \rm Therefore,  \: area \: = \:  \purple{3364m^2.}

\rm \large \purple { Hence  \:  Verified :) }
