Length of the rectangle = 2m 5cm

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀= (2×100 + 5)cm

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀= 205 cm

Breadth of the rectangle = 60cm

Area of the rectangle = length×breadth

⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀= (205 × 60)cm^2

⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀= 12300 cm^2
