length - 2x + 3

breadth - 2x + 5

area of rectangle = l x b

= (2x + 3)(2x + 5)

= 4x² + 10x + 6x + 15

= 4x² + 16x + 15

therefore, the area of rectangle is 4x² + 16x + 15.
