breadth=(X+2)m

area = (X+4)(X+2)

area= x²+2x+4x+8

area= x²+6x+8 m²

So, area of rectangle=x+3 × x+2

= x(x+3)+2(x+3)

=x^2+5x+6

Therefore area of rectangle=x^2+5x+6
